Mientras el fiscal general inform\u00f3 que Arce se abstuvo de declarar, la exministra Mar\u00eda Nela Prada calific\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n como un \u201csecuestro\u201d, defendiendo que el exmandatario present\u00f3 sus descargos en 2015 y que los recursos del Fondo eran administrados por distintos niveles de gobierno.
