La defensa plante\u00f3 incidentes por presunta vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos durante la aprehensi\u00f3n, reiter\u00f3 la inocencia del exmandatario y anunci\u00f3 que recurrir\u00e1 la medida cautelar.
